Sharp was an incredible removal service. Paul takes the time to meet you and get to know you in person when quoting for a job. Very transparent pricing and great communication throughout on process and timings. Initially recommended to me by a friend via word of mouth, and I can only spread the same positive review after they handled my move today. Professional and friendly set of gents (Mark, Mike, John & Steve) who handled our packing, transport and assembly. My pregnant partner took no stress on whatsoever as they handled everything. Methodically worked from room to room to pack up, and then lifted and stored meticulously in the vans with quality covers for clothes, TV, photo frames, etc. Then finally transported and dropped the boxes and items exactly where we needed. Would recommend to all, 5 stars ⭐

The team assisted us with a relocation to a completely new area. They were an amazing group who took care with us and our things. The access to the new house was an unknown challenge but it was managed calmly by them with no issues. We have never felt so organised at the end of moving day. Really can’t recommend Sharp Removals enough.

Believe the reviews, these guys are absolutely 5*. I cannot recommend Sharp Removals enough. Paul and the team went above and beyond, moving the date back as the process changed. Mike and Mark who packed were absolutely lovely, so helpful, quick and super careful. On the day Paul and his team were quick to move everything and even faster to unload. I honestly cannot say thank you enough. Remember to get tea and coffee in – the lads love a brew and treat them to a good breakfast butty – they deserve it. 100% recommend.

I investigatedlocal removal companies ahead of moving house. Some turned out to not be local at all, but national companies purporting to be local and then contracting out the work. I made an initial appointment with 3 companies, 2 of which wanted a video chat and obliged me to walk around my house, opening Wardrobe doors etc. Paul Sharps Poor came personally to my home and reviewed and discussed everything with the me in detail.. I was very impressed so I booked him. Then, a lot of curveballs came my way and I had to change the completion date twice. Paul was very flexible about this. On the day, his 2 employees, Steve and Mike assisted with my move. I should add that Paul employs his own staff, he doesn’t use contractors so he knows the quality of their work. These two guys couldn’t have been more helpful, and I had a lot of stuff to move! They worked like machines and put all my furniture in the new house exactly where I wanted it, as well as following the correct routine for which room to deposit all my numbered boxes. They treated my possessions with respect and nothing got damaged. Could not recommend this company more highly. Thank you, Steve, Mike and Paul.

Moving house is one of those things that you know is going to be stressful, emotional and exhausting, and if I’m completely honest, I was dreading moving day. But from the moment Paul and the team arrived on Saturday, they made everything feel so much easier.
They arrived exactly when they said they would. They were straight into it, incredibly efficient and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We had two beds that needed dismantling, a wardrobe to take apart, and so many different bits and pieces of furniture to move, but nothing seemed like a problem for them. They just got on with it, worked incredibly hard and handled everything with such care.
What really stood out to me, though, was how much respect and care they showed for our new home.
It had been raining, so I was obviously worried about carpets getting dirty but I genuinely didn’t need to worry. They put carpets down, took their shoes off before coming into the house and were so careful throughout. They treated our home like it was their own. Those little things might not sound like much, but when you’ve just moved into a house you’ve worked so hard for, they mean so much.
And then, once everything was in, they put the beds back together, reassembled the wardrobes and got everything sorted so quickly and efficiently. They worked so hard, but never made us feel like we were an inconvenience or that they were rushing to get away.
And I really have to say something about Paul because he was just lovely.
He wasn’t only professional — he was genuinely kind. He seemed to completely understand how overwhelming and stressful moving day can be, and he had such a lovely way about him. He made me feel like everything was going to be okay, and that meant more than he probably realised. When you’re surrounded by boxes, furniture and a million things going through your head, having someone calm, friendly and reassuring there makes such a difference.
Mike and the young lad who was with them were equally fantastic. I’m kicking myself that I can’t remember the young lad’s name because he absolutely deserves a mention too! They were both so polite, respectful and hardworking, but at the same time just really likable, lovely people. There was no attitude, no fuss, no complaining — just a group of genuinely good guys who worked incredibly hard and were a pleasure to have around on what was a very big and emotional day for us.
That’s what I think made Sharps stand out so much. Of course, you expect a removal company to move your furniture from A to B. But these guys did so much more than that. They gave us reassurance on a day when we really needed it. They took care with things that mattered to us. They were respectful of our home, our belongings and, most importantly, respectful of us.
By the end of the day, I honestly felt incredibly grateful that we’d chosen them.
We are now in our forever home, so I’m really hoping I never have to go through moving house again! 😂 But if, for whatever reason, I ever did, I wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. I would book Sharps Removals again without a second thought.
I would also recommend them to absolutely anyone who is looking for a removal company. If you’re reading reviews because you’re trying to decide who to trust with one of the biggest and most stressful days of your life, book Sharps. You won’t regret it.
To Paul, Mike and the young lad — thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️ You were absolutely brilliant. You made a stressful day feel manageable, you looked after our things as if they were your own, and you were just such a lovely bunch of guys from beginning to end

Probably the best removals company that I have ever used, and I move a lot! We received a ‘First Class service’ from Paul, Mike and John; they were extremely professional and clearly knew their trade well. They came equipped with a high standard of packing accessories, storage bags and protective measures and were very swift and efficient at loading their very clean and tidy lorries. Nothing was too much trouble; they were so helpful, and despite the heatwave, kept smiles on their faces throughout! Even when faced with having to dismantle a complicated kitchen table at the last minute they proved very able and willing. I highly recommend using Paul and his team, you won’t be disappointed.

Where do I start with Sharp Removals..
From Karl coming to have an initial conversation and review, to the ongoing and delightful communication from Lauren, and to the movers themselves – John, Paul, Steve (not quite Ringo), funny, easy going, helpful, calming.. I could wax lyrical about how effortless they made our move, and how much they made us feel at ease.
They’re incredibly well prepared, fairly priced, and genuinely wishing you the best and offering endless support and solutions. They fitted our dishwasher and washing machine and saved us from getting scammed from a plumber, and also offered a solution and storage for our couch, chairs, and larder which we couldn’t bring with us on the day.
I would definitely reccomend Sharp for your move, and I’ve already passed their details on as they’re that good!
I dread the thought of moving again, but if I do, it will be with the almost Beatles (Sharp Removals ofc).

What can I say that hasn’t been said in previous reviews?! A truly fantastic company to deal with. Moving house is a stressful business and anything that can help with that stress is a winner. The team at Sharps are first class, from communicating and arranging (and rescheduling!) dates, sorting out last minute issues, respecting your property and house – they didn’t put a foot wrong throughout. Everyone within the team were great, and the lads on the day worked their socks off. Nothing was too much trouble and it made the process of moving easy. Would recommend to anyone, friends and family alike. I’m hoping we’re not needing to move anytime soon but if we did I know where we would go to… Sharps!

We had an amazing experience with Sharp Removals! From initial contact with Lauren to all the way to our moving day. Lauren was great with communicating with us through the process. We went for the full pack and move service including dismantling and rebuilding our furniture, which made the whole process of buying and selling much smoother. Trying to pack ourselves with no annual leave left and two small children would have been a logistical nightmare, so to have Sharps plan and organise it all was a service worth paying for. The lovely guys who came over the two days to pack and move us were amazing! We made sure to keep them stocked up on brews and biscuits as they were very punctual, professional, hardworking and very kind. On moving day, they packed up the remainder of the house and then waited at the new house, giving us a moment to say goodbye to our first house and our lovely neighbours, which was a moment we really appreciated. We would happily recommend them to others and use them again ourselves if we were to sell and buy again in the future. Thank you for all the help guys, really appreciate it!

Sharp Removals truly exceeded our expectations. Dealing with a house sale is stressful but Paul’s team made it much easier.
We highly recommend their packaging service. It allowed us to stay in the house until the end and eased the transition. Paul and Lauren packed our three-bedroom house and garage meticulously, simplifying unpacking. On moving day, Mike, Mark, Steve and Paul transported our furniture and fragile items with professional equipment, providing reassurance and comfort. They also dismantled and reassembled our ottoman beds and dining table, ensuring safe transport and secure placement in our new home. Their teamwork made the move swift and efficient. Each team member checked with us on furniture and possessions placement, ensuring our satisfaction. Their humour and understanding were greatly appreciated. We’ll definitely use their services again.

I cannot recommend Sharp Removals more highly, they were faultless from start to finish!
We contacted Sharp Removals about moving us at very short notice and Lauren responded instantly on a Friday night and had arranged for Paul to come and view our property on Saturday, and by Sunday they had moved us out… they did what we assumed would be impossible and moved us out in less than 48 hours from our initial enquiry. The whole team were so sympathetic towards our situation and went above and beyond to help resolve what was a very stressful time for us and get us moved at very short notice.
On the day Paul and Mark were brilliant… they were friendly, professional, efficient and handled everything with such great care and attention, and turned what was a very stressful situation into a seamless move and made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.
I cannot thank Paul, Mark and Lauren enough for all that they have done and would not hesitate to recommend Sharp Removals.
